map update for 'monsters in the middle using advanced technology'

News for this map update:
* Removed deflector items (too strong on ng) and autopilot items (no need).
* Added `fastaim : yes' and `ngcontrols : yes' ng options. Especially the former may "delag" steering by one frame (as far as I understand it). Shouldn't `fastaim' be enabled by default? Or even better: remove the old behaviour of 1) shoot, 2) turn, and replace it with the `fastaim' behaviour of 1) turn 2) shoot.
