`Ball Bana' - cleaned up version of this map

I've cleaned up this old map, so that it plays on a current Xpilot NG server like I think it did on an old server when it was created.
Additionally there are some small modifications that should improve gameplay.
Look in the map file for a complete change log.

Edit: 2012-12-16: Fixed the map file. Cleaned up robot options and fixed charset conversion problem.
