Starting up the forums

It would be nice to put together a phpBB template which would have some XPilot-related graphical elements. If anyone has experience in creating phpBB templates and would like to contribute, feel free to drop a line

Put some logo instead of "phpBB creating communities".

OK, adapted one of the official XPilot logos to the current coloring scheme.
