Controversial changes in the behaviour of FXI server

During my work on the FXI codebase I've done some changes not everyone was happy about. I address that after hearing complaints, but some solutions are still not good enough. Let's discuss the possibilities.

1) Abrupt change of view after dying

Problem:
After a player runs out of lives, the view is changed abruptly to whoever he was locked on. This switching might not look good.

Solutions:
- One option is to remove the lock and return smoothly to home base. The problem is, if the player has been locked on an enemy ballrunner, it will be crucial to continue following that player. So removal of the lock may not be a good idea.
- Another possible solution is to transfer the view smoothly to the locked player. However, if he is moving in an irregular way or bouncing off walls, this will also be reflected in the view.

Second way is better, I think.

Currently it is done like it used to be in old servers (the dead player returns to base and when he is there the view changes abruptly to the locked player).
